MUDS Exhibition Debate

Join us at 6.30 pm (doors open at 6.15 pm) in the Public Lecture Theatre of the Old Arts building (PAR-149) for an introduction to debating with an exhibition debate from some of our most experienced debaters on a fun motion!

The Debating Society takes debaters all over the world for those serious about competing internationally, but also offers opportunities to grow throughout the year at internal debates hosted twice a week on Tuesday and Thursday.

Our first event on the calendar, this exhibition debate, will allow you to meet other debaters and first years to smooth in your transition to university life. Thursday will then be our first official internal which will allow you to come down and get stuck into some debating yourselves, which we know many of you will be keen for.

We are so excited to say hi to fresh faces and welcome back veteran members, so make sure to spread the word!
