Dear members,

MUnGA would like to invite you to our Special General Meeting (SGM) being held next week, where we will pass a motion to ratify the decisions made at our Annual General Meeting (AGM) on September 12th.

Below are the details for the SGM:

 

Date: ­Tuesday 17/10/2023

Time: ­6:30 PM

Location­: Dual delivery

In person at the Redmond Barry-102 theatre (Latham Theatre) and via Zoom

SGM Reason: Pass a motion to ratify the decisions of an inquorate AGM and to hold a new election for MUnGA General Committee members due to vacancies in this position.

 

We encourage all of our members to get involved with the club coming into the end of this year and start of next, where we continue to provide amazing events and exciting happenings on and off campus!

 

The positions up for election at this SGM include:

­    ­  Up to 8 General Committee members

 

General committee positions may be self­-nominated. Only 2023 financial members up to 10th of October are eligible to participate and vote in the election, we will be monitoring attendance via Zoom and its meeting functions.
