Dear MISC members,

To those that have renewed your membership, thank you for continuing to support us, and we are excited for this next semester! New members, we can't wait to see you at our events and get to know you. Thank you for supporting MISC!

As we begin this semester, we have two vacant committee roles that need to be elected, which is why:

MISC has invited you to attend our Special General Meeting (SGM). At the SGM you will have your chance to run and vote for the vacant committee positions, ask questions of the current committee to see what they’ve been up to, and give suggestions for things the club can do in the future.

At the SGM, we will:

🗳️ Elect the vacant 2026/2027 Publicity Director role and the vacant 2026/27 Education Director role! (Details on roles below)

🍕 Enjoy (a lot) of FREE food!

SGM Details:

Date: Tuesday 10th of March, 2026

Time: 5:30 PM - 7 PM AEST (Voting starts at 6:00 PM - PLEASE arrive before then!)
