Annual General Meeting (AGM) 2023
Dear Members,
We will be holding our AGM on Monday 21 August, 2023. All committee positions will be available.
Current students of UniMelb are only eligible to nominate and vote for committee positions at our AGM.
We encourage anyone to run no matter your background, language, skill level.
When: Monday 21 AUGUST, 2023
Time: @4.30-6.30PM (Commences at 5PM AEST)
Where: Arts West, Rm356

Election info
- Voting: Must be a 2023 member & current Unimelb student before day of AGM
- Running for committee: Must be a 2023 member & current Unimelb student before day of AGM.
- Each nominee will be asked to present a short speech (1.5min max.) - Introduce yourself, why you'd like to be on committee and what makes you suitable for the role!
- Running for multiple positions: Roles will be voted for in order of Executive then Sub-committee.
If you are unsuccessful, you may proceed to run for another position.
If you are successful, you do not need to run again.
The following positions are available (and voted for in the following order);
Executive positions
- President
- Vice President
- Treasurer
- Education Officer
- Secretary
Sub-committee positions
- Activities Officer
- Publicity Officer
- 5x Logistic Officers
