We are pleased to invite you to our upcoming Special General Meeting (SGM), where we will be electing new committee members for key leadership positions. This is a great opportunity to contribute to the club’s growth while gaining valuable leadership and organisational experience.

Events Director

The Events Director plays a crucial role in planning and executing engaging club events that foster community and participation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and implementing event strategies aligned with the club’s objectives

  • Collaborating with the Operations team to coordinate and manage events

  • Identifying factors that enhance student engagement

  • Completing pre-event checklists and overseeing event logistics

  • Volunteering at club events to ensure smooth execution

Time Commitment: 2-3 hours per week

People & Culture Officer

This role is vital in maintaining a positive club culture and ensuring members feel valued and engaged.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Organising internal bonding activities, such as team retreats and social events

  • Assisting with member recruitment and induction processes

  • Upholding and promoting ADI values within the club

  • Supporting volunteers and fostering an inclusive environment

  • Handling member concerns with strong communication and interpersonal skills

Time Commitment: 1-2 hours per week
