it is time for our Annual General Meeting where we will openly elect all of our executive positions (refer to the Constitution attached). If you have enjoyed coming to our MUPA events, this is your time to shine and see what it is like to work behind the scenes and put forward your own event ideas! Importantly, you do not need to be a current Subcommittee Member to become an Executive! Even if you are not interested in running for the election, it would be lovely to see your faces there and get to know the new 2023-2024 MUPA committee.
For those new to University Clubs, the Annual General Meeting is a meeting held once a year where club members get to hear about the club's operations over the past year and elect the committee for the following term. The positions available this year are:
- 2x Co-Presidents
- Director of Administration and Finance
- Director of Internal Education Affairs
- Director of External Education Affairs
- Director of Social Events & Activities
- Director of Media & Communications
- Director of Sponsorships

Nomination Form:

Proposed Changes to the Constitution
We wish to change the name of our current Director of Events & Activities to be named Director of Social Events & Activities for clarity between the different roles!
Please come and vote for the changes to the constitution and elect your favorite candidate to our new committee. We will also be serving pizzas so don’t forget to pen it in your calendar to get a slice of the action!
