We, the 22/23 committee, would like to express our utmost gratitude for your continuous support through our time serving as your committee over the past year ❤️ As we come to the end of our term, we would like to inspire you to apply for available roles as we seek for the next torchbearers of the Singapore Students’ Society (SSS) 🇸🇬

* Dinner will be provided. The form is meant for us to gauge expected voter turnout so that we may prepare sufficient food portions and reduce waste. Therefore, we seek your kind cooperation to fill in the form beforehand. 🍱
** Members who do not pre-register are welcome to show up on the day itself to vote/spectate as well.

All committee positions will be open for candidates to run in 👩‍⚖️👨‍⚖️:

Executive Committee (EXCO) Positions:

• President
• Internal Vice-President
• External Vice-President
• Treasurer
• Secretary

Non-Executive Committee (non-EXCO) Positions:

• Publicity Officer (Marketing)
• Publicity Officer (Editorial)
• Publicity Officer (Design)
• Logistics Officer
• Events Officers (x4)

Things to Note ☝️:

• SSS Membership enrolment has been temporarily paused to ensure fair competition amongst nominated candidates
• All nominations will be facilitated by our appointed Returning Officer, Owen Piong
• ALL members may run for the non-Executive Roles BUT ONLY UniMelb students will be eligible to run for Executive Roles
• Only existing SSS UniMelb student members are eligible to vote. Associate members and non-members may only spectate

*Deadline for preliminary nominations: 17th August 2023 (Thursday), 23:59PM AEST
**Eligible members who do not participate in preliminary nominations may nominate themselves on the day of AGM itself, subjected to a motion.
