MUSEX Annual General Meeting
MUSEX Annual General Meeting
31/03/2025 - 31/03/2025 1pm - 2pm
Elizabeth Murdoch Room G04
Student Exchange Society
Dear club members,
MUSEX has invited you to attend our Annual General Meeting (AGM). We failed to reach quorum at our last meeting, so we have rescheduled. At the AGM you will have your chance to run for a position on the club committee, vote for next year’s committee, ask questions of the current committee to see what they’ve been up to and give suggestions for things the club can do in the future.
At this AGM, all positions in the committee will be up for election and will be elected by club members. You’ll hear about what the club has been up to over the past year and plans for the rest of the semester. We would really appreciate your attendance, even if you do not plan on running for a position. Your attendance is important so that we can reach quorum and hold a proper election. Being on the committee has been the best part of the current committee’s entire university experience. Meet new people, plan fun events and enhance uni culture - what's not to love! Plus you'll develop key skills in organisation, administration, marketing and leadership.
The AGM details are as follows.
Date: 31st of March

I would like to acknowledge the Traditional Custodians of the land on which the University of Melbourne is located, the Wurundjeri people of the Kulin Nation, and to all Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples of this country. I pay my respects to their Elders, past, present, and emerging. I recognise that sovereignty of this land has never been ceded.
