MU Tamil Sangam - Annual General Meeting [AGM]

We are delighted to warmly welcome and invite you to Melbourne University Tamil Sangam's [MUTS] Annual General Meeting (AGM) 2024. This is an important event for Melbourne University Tamil Sangam, and we would love to have you join us. At the AGM, you will have the opportunity to:

• Run for a committee position:  All committee positions are open for nominations! If you’re passionate about contributing to the club’s future, now is your chance. Please find the nomination form attached to this email. We encourage all interested members to fill it out and submit it before the AGM.
• Vote for the next year’s committee: Help shape the future leadership of our club.
• Engage with the current committee: Ask questions about their work and achievements over the past year.
• Share your suggestions: We value your input on what the club should focus on moving forward.

Please find the agenda and constitution attached. The attached documents also include the description of committee positions. We will also be voting on proposed constitutional changes, which are attached for your review.

Time: 5:15 pm onwards
Location: Gryphon Gallery, 1888 Building (Building 198), The University of Melbourne
Food and drinks will be provided.
