Hispanic Culture and Language Society invites you to our Special General Meeting (SGM) 

 

The SGM will take place in Week 5, Wednesday (27/3) from 12 pm onward, 

 

The meeting will take place:

• On campus - Alan Gilbert Building (Building 104) Level 1, Lectorial Space 121

• On zoom - the link with be uploaded here 5 mins before the start time of our SGM 

 

Your attendance as members is absolutely vital and it’s an opportunity to: 

• Vote on constitutional amendments 

• Run for vacant positions on the club committee, 

• Vote for the committee, 

• Ask questions to committee members

• Give suggestions for things the club can do in the future

 

At the meeting there will be food and drink to keep us all refreshed.

 

We hope to meet and see as many of you as possible <3
