The Swift Tailors

At Home High Fashion

Presented by UMSU Creative Arts and Union House Theatre, The Swift Tailors: At Home High Fashion is a collaborative art project and competition celebrating innovative, sustainable and home-made fashion. Over the past month, the Swift Tailors have ingeniously upcycled spare buttons, plastic forks, chicken feed bags, old jeans, soy sauce fish, canvas drop sheets and more to create the DIY high-fashion of our wildest dreams.

Watch the short compilation video below to see all the spectacular submissions!

We acknowledge the Wurundjeri and Boon Wurrung people of the Kulin Nations as the Traditional Owners of the land upon which we live, work, and learn. We pay our respects to the Elders past, present, and emerging. Sovereignty was never ceded. This always was and always will be, Aboriginal land.
