Screen Directing and Ideation: Making a 3-Shot Film

Simin Dolatkhah is a filmmaker, a current PhD student, and a teaching fellow in Screen Studies at the University of Melbourne. She is organising the 3-Shot Film Festival (funded by SSAF) happening in September 2024.

In this workshop, participants will be introduced to key principles of film directing, such as preparing a decoupage sheet or shooting a dialogue scene, with a focus on creating a 3-shot film.

When: Wednesday 14 August, 12-2
