Start at the Union Info Booth and you're off!
Collect a stamp from each checkpoint as you get to know your Student Union buildings. No need to go in order!
Racers who collect all the stamps will go into the draw to win a prize!
Team up with others on the same hunt and you might just make some new friends.
By completing Stamp Rally, you’ll go into the running to win:
- A Lenovo Tab One tablet
- Kodak "Charmera" keyring camera
- Cinema Nova vouchers
- Green Mans Arms vouchers
Location 1 / Start: Union Info Booth, Gate 6
Start at the Union Info Booth at the top of The Amphitheatre off Swanston Street. Explore the Student Precinct packed with daily programming, your UMSU departments, or make a new connection in the Friend Zone.
Location 2: Rowden White Library
Next stop, The Rowden White Library/Rowdy. It’s the chill zone of campus (no studying allowed). Wander through the vast selection of books, VR headsets, magazines, puzzles, board games, and find your next stamp.
Location 3: Union House Theatre Box Office
Are you here for the Drama? Up on Level 2 of B159 is UMSU’s Union House Theatre, where anyone can get involved in shows, workshops, and more — no experience needed. Find your next stamp near the UHT sign!
Location 4: George Paton Gallery
Visit the George Paton Gallery, UMSU’s student-focused contemporary art space. This OWeek, discover the dual exhibition of Purity and Danger, & Translucences.
Location 5: The Ida Bar
Now you know where the Ida Bar is, swing by after your final checkpoint and maybe a coffee or snack! This is looking to be your go-to spot this OWeek, with cheap eats, special edition drinks, DJ sets and extremely comfy chairs.
Location 6: Market Hall
Home to the Student Union’s Clubs Expo during OWeek@UMSU. With over 150+ clubs, you’re bound to meet with your new university community. Have a peek on level one to spot your first stamp.
