Struggling to focus? Constant notifications, deadlines, and mental clutter can make it hard to stay present.
In this 60-minute session, we’ll help you reset.
Through meditation with music (also known as Kirtan), you’ll learn how to step back from distractions, calm your mind, and reconnect with your focus. No prior experience needed, just come as you are.
After the session, stick around for a free vegetarian/vegan lunch and connect with others.
