Join us as we reflect on the past year, present the club’s annual and financial reports, and elect the committee for 2026–2027. This is an opportunity to have your say in the club’s future and get involved in the next chapter of CMG.

Member participation and elections

All CMG members are encouraged to attend. Nominations, candidate eligibility, and voting will be governed by the CMG Constitution and applicable UMSU Clubs & Societies requirements.

Please arrive a little early to complete attendance registration before the meeting begins.
