Chocolate Lovers' Society AGM

Chocolate Lovers' Society is inviting you to attend this year's Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Thursday 18th of September at 5pm both on campus and online. At the AGM you will have your chance to run for a position on the club committee, vote for next year’s committee and give suggestions for things the club can do in the future. We strongly encourage you to come along even if you aren’t planning to run for an executive position as we need a minimum of 20 club members who are University of Melbourne students to run the AGM. Sweet snacks will be available to members in attendance.

Committee positions that will be elected in the meeting:

• President: in charge of the club as a whole, managing the executive team and planning events

• Vice President: assissts the club president with tasks

• Treasurer: manages the finances and administrative tasks 

• Secretary: handles the club's communications

You will be able to nominate yourself in the club elections at the AGM. If you will not be able to attend the meeting either in person or online, please email us at chocolateloverssociety@gmail.com with the position/s you would like to be considered for and a short paragraph about why you would be a good fit for the position. This will be read to the members in attendance when the elections are run. If you are successful in being elected for the position, we will send an email to let you know.
