Week 3 SGM + Screening - Black Swan (2010) w/ Dancesport

For our week 3 screening, we're collaborating with Dancesport Club and, before our screening, they'll be running a brief salsa workshop!

Nina Sayers, a talented ballerina with the New York City Ballet company, vies for the lead in a production of Swan Lake. Eventually claiming the role of the White Swan, Nina is introduced to Lily, with whom she quickly forms a rivalry. Nina, ever-comitted to her art, is pushed to the brink of sanity by those influencing her in the production.
Among the film's five Academy Awards nominations, Black Swan's lead Natalia Portman won best actress. Black Swan has received further praise since its release, often regarded as one of the best films of the year.
