🎶 Join us for an exciting interview with Aidan McGartland, a graduate of the University of Melbourne's Bachelor of Music (Honours) program in MCM and the University of Oxford's Master of Philosophy (MPhil) program, now pursuing a PhD in Music Theory at McGill University! 🎓

In this event, Aidan will share his experiences and insights on various aspects of music education, theory, and research, such as:

  • how he became interested in music theory,
  • the differences between music theory in Australia, the UK, and North America,
  • current trend of research and how one can find a research topic, and
  • his advice for master’s and PhD applications.
