Synchrotron Tour: 24th August; Australian Synchrotron (800 Blackburn Rd, Clayton); Join us for a behind the scenes tour of the Australian Synchrotron! Located in Clayton, Victoria, this stadium-sized particle accelerator uses a 3-gigaelectronvolt (3 GeV) storage ring to accelerate electrons to near the speed of light.
