MACSS Annual General Meeting 2024

We understand that this is a busy period of the semester and the AGM is scheduled a little late on a Friday evening, but we would really appreciate it if our members can attend this AGM or join in on zoom so we can continue running events and keeping the Media and Communications Students community thriving.

We will be hosting our Annual General Meeting (AGM) on the 20th of September 2024 (Friday) from 16:30 to 17:30 AEST at  Babel Building, Level 2, Room 217 [PAR-139-L2-217-Flexible Learning Space (20)].

What happens in this AGM?

The most important aspect of this AGM is to elect members for the executive roles of the club who will be taking over the club. 

To start off, for the AGM to happen we need to meet a quorum of at least 20 members of MACSS. Requirements of members who will count towards the quorum of the AGM include;

1. A current student of the University of Melbourne

2. A member of MACSS

3. Signed the Attendence or purchased the ticket for the AGM (it’s free btw)

If you’re not a member of MACSS yet no need to stress, signing up as a member is simple and free, and we will be there to assist you to sign up before the meeting.
