Directing Intensive

Presented by Union House Theatre
With Guest Artist Liv Satchell

Have you always wanted to learn more about the art and process of the director?! Now’s your chance with this fun, self-paced intensive for budding directors.

The Directing Intensive is a six-part crash course in directing for theatre, led by director and writer Liv Satchell. It explores the role of the director, how to dream about your play and turn it into action, the clues you need to look for in a script and what a rehearsal room looks like. Satchell breaks down her most recent production my sister feather to guide you towards your own creative vision, letting you work out what kind of theatre you’d like to make and how directing might get you there.
