Important Updates
1. Work from Home Reminder — All Non-Essential Work

Due to outstanding construction works, staff are reminded to work from home this week (3-7 October) unless you've been advised otherwise advised by your manager.  Your office items will still be relocated, however, the unpacking and general 'settling in' will take place from Monday 10 October onward.

2. Access to Building 168 — How to Get Here + Swipe Cards

While the final construction works are being completed, access to Building 168 is a little tricky. For the time being, the best way into 168 is through the Level 1 Arts & Cultural Building link bridgeMore of a visual person? Check out this handy entry point map.

Also, if you're having issues with your swipe card not opening doors you believe you should have access to, please email Ciara so this can be amended ASAP.

3. Building 168 Defect Submission — Reporting Issues

There are going to be a lot of teething issues in the next few weeks, and we are likely going to find some issues around that need fixing. Please use the form below to submit any defect notices.

Please fill in the form as best you can, ensuring you attach some photos clearly showing the defect. This is not for large architectural changes or new furniture requests, more so if your desk is not working, or there's chipped paint or construction debris left around - anything that a builder can come in and fix.

Access the form HERE.

4. Comms/Design Relocation Packages — Accessing Your Move Promo

They're here! We know there's a LOT on everyone's plates right now. To make the transition to the NSP a little smoother, the Comms and Design teams have created a promotional package to help departments advertise their new locations in Building 168.

The package includes:

  • Figma file with web + socials assets
  • Copy + image descriptions
  • Checklist for updating your webpages + socials

Jacob's in a band... and they just released NEW music! ??

Before moving to Melbourne, Jacob from our Admin team played in a prog band (Kodiak Empire) for 10 years. Thanks to COVID, the band's 2019-recorded album 'The Great Acceleration' is finally being released.

Here's the video for the first single 'The Difference', filmed a measly 6 hours before Jacob got on a plane to move here! Rock on Jacob
