Creative Literature and Writing Society
Our special general meeting will be held at 12.30pm AEST Wednesday 24th of May at Student Pavillion Room 206 and on Zoom!
All members of the Creative Literature and Writing Society (CLAWS) are invited to attend and take part!
We will be electing a few new committee position as well as give a report on this year’s activities so far. We will also be voting on a number of proposed constitutional amendments to our constitution as well as hearing suggestions from club members moving forwards into semester 2 on how to make CLAWS better aligned with our club visions.
We value your voice and your opinions, so come along to run for a role or to have a say in the future of this club!
𝗣𝗼𝘀𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗺𝗶𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗲
𝐸𝑥𝑒𝑐𝑢𝑡𝑖𝑣𝑒 𝐶𝑜𝑚𝑚𝑖𝑡𝑡𝑒𝑒 𝑃𝑜𝑠𝑖𝑡𝑖𝑜𝑛𝑠
Secretary: Keeps track of administration for the committee (for example, taking minutes at committee meetings, grants, green sheets, emails)
Events Officer: Plans and organises an event schedule for each semester of events outside of weekly workshops.
𝘎𝘦𝘯𝘦𝘳𝘢𝘭 𝘊𝘰𝘮𝘮𝘪𝘵𝘵𝘦𝘦 𝘗𝘰𝘴𝘪𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯𝘴:
Writing Facilitator: In charge of leading regular writing workshops and groups, and leading discussion and feedback sessions within writing workshops and groups.
𝗔𝗹𝗹 𝗺𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝗰𝗮𝗻 𝘀𝗲𝗹𝗳-𝗻𝗼𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗼𝗿 𝗻𝗼𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝘀𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗼𝗻𝗲 𝗲𝗹𝘀𝗲 𝗮𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗺𝗲𝗲𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗮 𝗿𝗼𝗹𝗲.
