MUPS AGM 2026

MUPS is hosting our Annual General Meeting. At the AGM you will get a chance to elect new committee members and to nominate yourselves to be a part of the committee. Your attendance would be much appreciated to help MUPS to continue on for next year, the year after that, and so on. As an incentive there will be assorted snacks.

The meeting will be at 4:00PM on Monday the 21st of September in-person in the Building 189, Room G02 or online.

Committee roles up for election:

• President: oversee MUPS aims, events, and committee
• Secretary: agenda planning & minute-taking for meetings
• Treasurer: maintain financial records and oversee club spending
• Events curator: organise club events and semester timeline
• Social media officer: manage MUPS social media channels
