Faculty Feedback Form

The aim of this reporting system is to help us identify any general trends regarding students’ experiences in every Faculty so that we can report these to the University.

We hope to compile any issues in teaching quality, learning experience, and issues which affect students' wellbeing. 

Through our Student Representative Network, reports will be regularly presented to the University to request support and implement action to address these concerns.

Collection Statement: The University of Melbourne Student Union (UMSU, we) is collecting your personal information if you opt to provide your name and email address in this form.
