Promotion of External Clubs and Businesses

To promote clubs on campus, the C&S Department hosts a Clubs & Societies Expo twice a year where students can meet and join as many clubs as they choose. They are in February (Orientation Week) and July (Mid-Year Orientation). These are only for clubs affiliated with the UMSU Clubs & Societies Department.

Organisations and businesses can book to be part of these events as authorised sponsors. For more information, please view the advertising opportunities here.

The C&S Department does not have a dedicated medium for advertising to clubs. Requests for forwarding materials such as promotional flyers and vouchers will not be accepted.
