Venue Hire for students
Union House Theatre manages venue hire for University of Melbourne students during the Student Theatre Season (Semester weeks).
Student Theatre Groups affiliated with Union House Theatre are given priority booking within the University of Melbourne Semester periods. Venue allocation for first semester occurs in October for the following year, while second-semester allocation occurs in April of the current year.
The two venues available for hire are:
Union Theatre (New Venue)
The Union Theatre is a fully accessible proscenium arch-style venue with a large stage, house curtain, fly tower and large auditorium. Seating between 361-398.

Guild Theatre (New Venue)
The Guild Theatre is a fully accessible black-box studio-style theatre seating up to 109 people.
