AUTONOMOUS? It depends on the event

The People of Colour Department acknowledge that the Wurundjeri People of the Kulin Nations are the traditional custodians of the land upon which we will be holding these events. We pay our respect to their elders past, present, emerging and we extend that respect to all Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Australians. We further extend this respect to any Indigenous student that is a member of our collectives. We acknowledge that the land we are on was stolen and that sovereignty was never ceded. This always was, and always will be, Aboriginal land.
