For Club Executives

Grant Applications and AGM/ SGM submissions are on Clubs Online. All Executive members receive login details after their election. If you are a club executive member and you do not have access to Clubs Online, please email clubs@union.unimelb.edu.au. 

Training is online on Canvas and in person. Online training is self enrolled and is available for:

• Annual General Meeting conduct
• Treasurer’s Record Keeping and Reporting
• Applying for C&S Grants

In person training dates and times are communicated through bulletins and are available for:

• Bystander Intervention and Response to Sexual Violence
• Executive Induction
• Safe Food Handling
• Responsible Service of Alcohol

Club executives can access our Facebook group. Feel free to ask each other questions, discuss event plans, and get to know each other!
