It's going to be a Party! ... Right?

They want to change the world. First, they need to agree on how.

A group of young idealists come together with an ambitious plan: to create a brand-new political party. But first, they must tackle some rather more immediate questions; what should the party be called and when do they break for cake?

As political ideals collide with big egos, personal agendas and an alarming lack of practical experience, the group's grand plans begin to unravel.

Directed by VCA PhD candidate, Andrew Sutherland, and featuring a cast of six Uni Melb performers, this is a sharply observed and very funny satire of epically small proportions. Party finds comedy in the gap between wanting to change the world and having absolutely no idea how to do it.
