Advocacy Service Feedback
At Advocacy we strive to provide the best service for students. To do this we need to know what you think. If we’re doing something well or you feel there’s room for improvement, please let us know. If you wish to complain about the service you have received, we encourage you to review the Advocacy Service Charter prior to contacting us as this sets out the scope of our service and our commitment to you. If you are unhappy with the service you are receiving:
- Let the advocate handling your case know and try to work the problem out with them;
- If you are unable to do this, you should speak to the Manager, Advocacy & Legal.
- If you are still unhappy, you are entitled to put a complaint in writing to the CEO, UMSU.
- If you require assistance with a complaint, please speak with the Student Services Officer.
