UMSU likes to promote its events to the University of Melbourne community and the public via its website, newsletter and social media. When we run UMSU events, photographs and video footage may be taken. UMSU may use, reproduce, publish, or broadcast this content for promotional purposes. By entering an UMSU event, you consent to UMSU’s use of the content in this way. Parent and guardians also consent to the use of the content on behalf of their child.

If you do not wish to be photographed or filmed for these purposes, please advise a crew member at the time, or email communications@union.unimelb.edu.au with details of your concern. You may also request removal of content from the website or social media via this email address.
