Open Your Mind

We are running a campaign to reduce the stigma around having a mental health condition on campus.

Many students find that they don’t feel comfortable seeking help or speaking with other non-disabled students about their conditions because of the stereotypes that are prevalent and harmful. We are seeking stories from students who identify as having a mental health condition. We especially want to hear from people who identify as disabled and/or any of the following:

  • LGBTIQA+
  • Women
  • Indigenous
  • Person of colour

Come forward and share your experiences, opinions, feelings, rants and praises.

Stories will be anonymous and can be submitted in any format (audio, written or visual media).

We look forward to hearing from you!
