SummerFest Promoter Stalls

Promoter Stalls are the perfect opportunity to get up close and personal! Showcase your products or services with dedicated marquee space at the main event thoroughfare. Give away samples, bring in new customers and earn priceless face-to-face time with your target demographic. 

 

On campus stalls/pop up activations:

✨ Booth space at the event for brand promotion.
✨ Opportunity to include promotional products in BYO welcome bags at discounted prices*.
✨ Option to hire additional infrastructure or bring your own, subject to meeting the UMSU (University of Melbourne Student Union) & OH&S (Occupational Health & Safety) (Occupational Health & Safety) Standards.
✨ Option to reach additional students by contributing products for UMSU prize giveaways at no extra cost
 

$3,500 + GST per day

 

Infrastructure available to hire:

Marquee 3x3m: $520 +GST

Power Point: 10 Amp: $25 per point

Chair: $25 per chair

Table: $25 per chair

       ✨ Online Advertising Combo: 1 FB post + 1 E-News Banner for $1200 +GST

       ✨ Online listing on special Summerfest discount page for $450 +GST
