College & Residential Students Working Group
The UMSU College and Residential Working Group exists to amplify the voices of students living in colleges and other forms of student accommodation at the University of Melbourne. The Working Group provides a dedicated forum for sharing lived experiences, identifying systemic and community issues, and developing informed recommendations that improve residential student wellbeing, safety, inclusion, and representation.

Membership
The Working Group consists of the following ex-officio members:
- Lushy Chinganya (UMSU President)
- Daniel Motika (UMSU General Secretary)
- Alex Hams (Welfare Office Bearer)
The 2026 Co-convenors of the working group are:
- Lushy Chinganya
- Holly Kalns
Any student who currently lives in student accomodation or a college is eligable to attend and speak at meetings of the working group.
